Intergenerational Housing The Fairfax Intergenerational Housing Project will provide affordable housing for intergenerational families. The project targets persons 55 and older with legal custody of minor children and is located on Central Avenue between East 80th and East 83rd Streets.  The project is the first in Ohio that has been specifically designed to address the housing needs of this population. The project is a mix of two, three and four bedroom townhomes and is the result of a national design competition sponsored locally by the McGregor Foundation.  The project features a community center and will provide educational, social and recreational services to its residents. The project is a partnership between Fairfax Renaissance and Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). For leasing information please call 216 431-1471
