Cleveland Clinic Community Health and Education Center (CCCHOC)

In 2006, Cleveland Clinic partnered with FRDC to offer health screenings to residents, and in 2009 the CCCHOC was launched in the Langston Hughes Center at East 79th and Quincy Avenue. CCCHOC offers health screenings, education and prevention to area residents five days a week.

Services are at no cost and the program is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday. For information please call
